The death of an iconic structure that has been in so many shows, movies, shoots, etc. There is beauty in everything, even destruction and I wanted to show it in this shot. I contemplated showing more of the freeway from the huge gap in the bridge, but ended up focusing on the rubble instead. More of a historically significant shot as the original structure will only live on through pics and memories but a very important part of this year.
