Laze Plume, Hawaii lava flow into Ocean

Here’s a straight lookdown shot of the laze plume where the lava is entering the ocean. The water patterns interested me and I felt it went with this abstract like shot so I framed it in. You can see glimpses of the lava glow though the plume. Not much time to think/compose shots but glad I snagged this one as we were flying over. Nikon D750, Nikkor 24-120, f/8, 1/2500 sec, ISO-400
