Sunset lupines on the Palos Verdes coast

My wildflower hunt this season led me to this sweet gnarled tree just starting to sprout new leaves. There wasn’t a ton of lupine surrounding it but I found a nice patch and framed it as the sun went down. The golden hour clouds seemed to frame the tree perfectly. Shot is both focus stacked and exposure blended which seems to be the norm with most of my spring wildflower shots.
